Remote, Hybrid, 1:1, Small Group and One-Time Corrective Coaching
Remote Coaching

Most of my clients prefer remote coaching because it is more affordable, works with their schedule and doesn’t compromise their ability to learn and improve as athletes.

With remote fitness coaching, you get up to five days of personalized programming per week. That’s 20 sessions per month developed just for you and your goals!
The average personal training session runs approximately $75. Through Train With Logan Schauer remote programming, each session is only $52 (or 30% off)!
*All lifestyle coaching (Nutrition and Sleep, Stress and Recovery Management) is completed remotely.

Your price depends on your goals and what we intend to work on. Discounted packages are available.
*Six-month minimum commitment if paying monthly.
*Payment plans are available to everyone for ALL packages. Many people choose to split their payments into two or more, and I am happy to accommodate and build you a personal payment plan.

1:1 & Small Group Coaching

If you’re the kind of person who needs that extra kick or bit of accountability, then in-person will benefit you.
I do not offer in-person coaching to everyone, but if, after talking and understanding your goals, we find that in-person would benefit your goals the best, and I am able to accommodate our schedules, we’ll meet in-person for all your training needs.
Small groups are groups of no more than 4 people completing the same or similar programming. -
I offer up to three in-person training sessions per week per client.
You have the choice between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
All programming is personalized to you and your goals.
*Sessions are completed inside of Stimulus Health & Fitness in Reno, NV.

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid coaching is a mix of both in-person and remote coaching.
This is for anyone looking to train predominately remotely but who still wants some in-person accountability and correction.

What you get is dependent on what you are looking for, but here are some examples:
1) You want four days of fitness training per week.
You would train on your own three days per week with personalized programming from me and come in on the fourth day to complete your session in person.
2) You want both hybrid fitness and nutrition coaching.
You would receive personalized fitness programming and have the choice of completing certain sessions in person and others on your own.
We would complete nutrition coaching completely remotely.
