What has been your favorite part about working with Coach Logan? How has she helped you?
OMG, it’s hard to pick one! I’d have to say my favorite part would be her adjusting workouts to my injuries! And the communication! But I really do feel a difference when I’m on the [volleyball] court, and I feel stronger.What would you tell someone who is interested in working with Coach Logan about her knowledge and how she supports your goals?
I’ve known Logan since elementary school, and she’s always been so smart and such an athlete. Going to high school with her, I saw her love for the gym and weights blossom. I trust Logan with my goals and my body because I’ve seen her put in the work. She got educated in every aspect of health, and you truly have to work with her to experience that, but I have no doubt that you’ll make the right decision choosing to work with Logan. But if you need a little boost, go check out her Instagram, and you’ll see she knows what she’s doing. She’s so supportive, and there’s no judgment, and I’m so glad I reached out to her.How does Coach Logan stand out as a coach (especially if you've had other coaches in the past)?
Oh, that’s easy. You can tell she cares. I’ve had really great coaches in the past and not so great, but Logan has been so amazing. She’s been so understanding and supportive and ENCOURAGING. And like I mentioned before, the communication is beautiful.Is there anything else you'd like to say?
