Hey there, I’m Logan!

I love music, culture, barbells, quality time with loved ones and going through old family photos.

I’m an eclectic knowledge-seeker to a fault. After getting my Bachelor’s in both Journalism and Spanish, I went back to get my Master’s in Spanish Linguistics and Literature.

What do I do with this, you ask? Well, naturally, after following the language and culture path for a bit, I decided it wasn’t my true calling, and I found myself deep in the world of fitness, health and nutrition. C’est la vie.

It was my senior year of high school…

By this point, I had been lifting, running and perfecting my yoga skills for a few years… but something was missing from my fitness journey.

Then I saw it. Scrolling through Instagram, I came across a woman cleaning 200 pounds, performing unbroken muscle-ups and more, and I thought, whoa, women can do that?

So, I went into my weights class the next day and asked Coach Hill if I could try CrossFit with him (he’d been doing it for a while), and he graciously introduced me to the world I knew and loved for six years.

Fast forward to today. I have gained experience as a group and personal coach and have loved every minute of it, so why not make a business out of it, right?

Helping people become the person they want to be by being a guide and offering a new, supportive perspective makes me excited to get out of bed every day.

I don’t think there’s anything that can’t be solved or achieved without the right support system. I make it my goal (every day) to exemplify this.

No matter where my friends, clients and family are in life, it’s my goal to be a source of strength when needed. I mean, all that barbell training needs to come in handy at some point, right?

And now, I can be that for you!

What Brought Me Here?

It all begins with a desire to change.

After years of doing Functional Fitness, I decided it was time to dedicate more time to learning the things I truly wanted to get better at: Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics & Calisthenics (Through Functional Fitness). So I did!

I invested in myself, and it was the best choice ever!

I went from Running and Yoga to Powerlifting and Bodybuilding for six years to CrossFit for six more years, to Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics… and I am sure there will be another change in the future.

I have 11 years of experience in multiple areas of fitness and the certifications to back them up. Now, I want to share them with you.

These are two things I feel very passionately about and truly enjoy coaching people in.

Feeling constantly exhausted? Burnt out? On edge? Dealing with inflammation? Not comfortable in your own skin?

Yeah, I’ve been there too. Not every day is going to be amazing, but when your body isn’t happy, you aren’t happy. Our bodies speak to us every day, but not many of us know how to listen.

And even if you are listening, do you know what to do to fix your problems?

I personally dealt with all of these things, and I was not a happy camper. And this began to affect my relationships, work and much more.

So, I decided to study Sleep, Stress and Recovery Management through Precision Nutrition (where I received my Nutrition certification) to better understand the way stress shows up in the body and how we can better mitigate it.

I have always believed that we can support positive, healthy changes in our bodies with the right habitsβ€”food, sleep, movement, etc.β€”and now I can coach people out of the habits that may be holding them back.

No matter what your goals are, we can get you where you want to be.

And Let’s Not Forget About

Nutrition and Stress Management

  • A hearty chai tea latte

  • A craft cocktail

  • Animal or baby cuddles

  • A fresh notebook and unused pens

  • A slow day on the beach or at the spa

  • A new pair of shoes

  • A plant

  • A long hug

  • Anything nostalgic

Some things I love:

What do I do in my free time?

  • Work as a Social Media guru for a local marketing agency

  • Enjoy Midtown, Reno (Local restaurants, cafΓ©s, bars, shops and more are what I live for.)

  • Flex my introvert muscle at home, in the bath with Netflix and a snack (or at the spa)

  • Take spontaneous trips to Lake Tahoe and beyond

  • Spend time with my family and friends

  • Ask random people if I can pet their dogs…
